Using the site

By accessing slateandsilicon.com you agree to use it for lawful purposes. The content on this site — posts, experiments, protocols, design, copy — is owned by Slate & Silicon. You can share links and quote short excerpts with attribution. You cannot reproduce or republish full pieces without permission.

Products and downloads

When you purchase a product from The Store or download a free resource, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it. This means:

  • You can print it, use it, and refer back to it as many times as you like
  • You can share it with members of your household
  • You cannot resell it, redistribute it, or pass it off as your own work
  • You cannot upload it to file-sharing platforms or include it in paid courses or products without written permission

Refund policy

We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked refund on all paid products. If something didn't work for you, email us at the address on the Contact page and we'll process your refund within 5 business days. We don't make this difficult.

The newsletter

The Log is sent weekly to subscribers. By subscribing you agree to receive these emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any issue — it takes one click and works immediately. We don't make it hard to leave.
