• Your email address when you subscribe or download a product
• Basic analytics data — pages visited, time on page, general location (country/region, not city or address) — collected through privacy-respecting analytics only
• Purchase information (name, email, payment details) processed securely through our payment provider — we never store card numbers

What we do with it

• Send you The Dispatch if you subscribed
• Deliver your download if you purchased or requested one
• Occasionally send product updates or new experiment announcements — you can opt out of these at any time
• Understand broadly how people use the site so we can improve it

What we never do

• Sell your data to anyone, ever
• Share your email with third-party advertisers
• Use tracking pixels or behavioral ad targeting
• Store your payment card details
• Send you emails you didn't ask for without a clear opt-out

Third-party services

We use a small number of trusted third-party tools to run the site. Each has its own privacy policy. Current tools include our email service provider (for sending The Log), our payment processor (for store purchases), and basic site analytics. We choose tools with strong privacy practices and do not use Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies necessary to run the site — session cookies and, if you purchase something, a secure checkout cookie. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from The Log at any time using the link in any email. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at the address on the Contact page. We'll remove your information within 30 days.
