Each day runs three sectors:

Initialization — first 60 minutes analog. No screen. No feed. No news. Set your One Move.
The One Move — one task. Full depth. Non-negotiable. Everything else waits.
Decommission — screens off at 20:00. Log the Expanse. Set tomorrow. Close the Ledger.

Alongside the daily log, five small experiments:

Grayscale 24 — remove color from your phone for one day
Evening Shutdown — all screens off at 20:00
The Attention Audit — map your leakage windows
The Analog Anchor — paper notes only
Notification Kill — disable everything for one full day

Not permanently. Just long enough to see what changes when the signal stops.
